The book was a pretty good book but it was kinda sad. This boy named Patrick in the 5th grade still didnt know how to read. He never learned how to read because when he would try to go things his father would always call him stupid and tell him that he was a bad kid. That gave Patrick very low confidence and there for he had very hard time learning. The only thing Patrick did like to do was draw and his teachers would get very upset at him for it because he didn't focus on his other school work. He met a girl named Celina and became very good friends with her until she turned one of Patricks stories in to the teacher and Patrick ended up winning a writing contest and had to read the story in front of everyone at the award ceremony. He was so scared because he didn't know how to read it so he stayed up all night and memorized the story by listening to himself on the tape recorder. By the next morning he stood up in front of the whole student body and completly choked. He was not only lying to himself but to everyone else so he told everyone that he wasnt very good at reading but he could explain the story to them all and they all stood up and applaused.

Just call me stupid

Just call me stupid is a book about a boy that is in the 5th grade and still doesnt know how to read. It was a good book although it was very confusing. This girl who lived in New York City with her father was taken in and out of many boarding schools. At least twice a year her father would take her out of her school and move her to another one just so she wouldnt get to comfortable where she was and so they could keep her safe. When she turned 16 her father took her out of her school in New York and made her go to London and stay with her realitives although she always wanted to go to London she was very nervous about her relatives and she knew something was going on that noone would tell her. In the end she finds out that the people she is staying with were not her realitives but people out to get her and her father.

If I asked you....Would you stay?

I just finished a book called If I asked you would you stay...It was a very good book. He never knew that he would fall in love with her and ask her to stay.

Gathering Blue

The book that i just got done reading was called Gathering Blue. It is probably the weirdest book I have ever read in my entire life. I have no idea of where it takes place or what is really even happening. All i know is that Kiras mother has died from illness and now Kira doesn't have a place to live. All the other people in the town want her to go to the fields and be eaten by monsters because there is no point in her being there. But she does not go to the woods, instead she goes to this place to stay only if she works on a robe that is worn for celebrations.

All Around the Town

I just finished the book All Around the Town. Laurie has been going to a therapist and each time that she goes someone else comes out of her body. Like a split personality. She has four multiple personalities. Leona, Debbie, Lee who is a boy who remembers all of her past and kate who doesn't want anyone to say anything about her past. Her professor was murdered and everyone thinks that it was her who did it but later in the book they find out that it was his wife. Lauries kidnappers from long ago are back in town trying to ruin her life but before they can really get to her, her sister figures out who they are and stops them. This book was really good. It was very long but if you like murder mystery then you would love this book.

All Around the Town

I am still reading the book All around the Town by Mary Higgins Clark. The part that I am currently at is when Laurie has grown up to be about 20. She is currently in her last year at a college. Things start to go wrong when her parents die from a car accident and one of her professors was murdered in his own house. What Laurie doesn't know is that her kidnappers from long ago are back in the neighborhood. It was a really good book about three kids that grow up together. Buck is the main character and he tells all about his life and his two best friends lives. They eventually get into high school and things change dramatically. There is alot of peer pressure going around the school and alot of stress that one of the three friends can't handle it and decides to end their life.

The Wedding

I have read many books in day. The book that I've just recently read in my free time was The Wedding by Nicholas Sparks. It is a wonderful story about a married couple falling in love all over again. The couple has slowly grown apart, so while planning their daughters wedding he comes up with a wonderful and unthinkable suprise for his wife. His suprise brings not only the family back together but he brings their marriage back togehter and makes it even stronger then before. Its a breath taking book and i would encourage anyone to read it. It is one of the best books he has written yet. You should really put it on your list.
